K Series Cashew Color Sorter

The K Series is a single-layer "Small target" impurities processing specialist color sorter designed to handle a wide range of sorting and grading a wide range of irregular, large-size, fragile, and watery agricultural products . The sorter integrates advanced technologies, including a digital control system, a high-frequency vibrator for stable material flow, and an ultra-HD camera system for enhanced clarity.

Performance Overview

Equipped with a UHD AI Deep Learning system, it is capable of accurately sorting and grading products, even those with high moisture content. The sorter efficiently removes impurities, such as discolored, damaged, moldy, or insect-damaged particles, as well as foreign objects like glass, plastic, and sand.
