KI Series Multi-usage Color Sorter

The KI Series (Single-Layer with Infrared) Multi-Usage Color Sorter features an InGaAs Composite Infrared System, specializing in nut shell and kernel separation. Its belt-type transfer structure ensures smooth material flow, reducing shredding and preventing damage.

Performance Overview

Designed for efficient shell-kernel separation and impurity removal in walnuts, almonds, pistachios, macadamias, and other shelled nuts. Utilizing InGaAs composite infrared technology, it effectively removes shells and kernels with similar colors, as well as glass, metal rods, plastics, and other harmful impurities.
